The initiating idea of The Studio-7 Project to create the space for business and accommodation purposes. This space is environmental friendly reduce the usage of electricity but maintaining the spacious, elegant and luxurious quality. It is located in the middle of transportation hub and main road.

Design

    The entrance and the project’s name board are designed to illustrate the credibility, image and imposingness. The building is placed facing toward the north and the south in order to reduce the heat from outside and maintain the cool temperature in the building. The building is well-designed in the Modern Industrial Loft styles with high-quality materials such as the painting for interior and exterior that eliminating the excess heat in the building, the wall built from aluminum composite and decorated with KENZAI tile. For the finishing and extravagant look of interior of the building, we use the Blue Scope Lysaght for the inner wall and the iron structure which has the finest and durable characters to efficiently prevent the leakage and to enable the establishing of the solar-cell on the roof. The commercial space of the building is built to endure the weight as much as 3 tons per square meter using the mat foundation technique.

Public Utility

    The 16 meters-wide main road of this project is constructed by the Reinforced concrete. The project is planned to establish one single building in the front and double buildings in the back so as to facilitate the smooth traffic. It is also equipped with automatic street lamps, sanitation systems, wastewater treatment system, fire-alarming system and the CCTV systems

    The 16 meters-wide main road of this project is constructed by the Reinforced concrete. The project is planned to establish one single building in the front and double buildings in the back so as to facilitate the smooth traffic.     Excellent Location: our project is situated in the middle of the transportation hub such as the Port of Laem Chabang, Eastern-Seaboard economic area, and the airport. From our location, it is very convenient to connect to other region of Thailand through Rangsit-Nakhornnayok Road, Lam-Lukka Road, The Kanjanapisek Outer Ring Road which connect to Bangna-Trad Road, Asia Road, Phaholyothin road and Phet Kasem Road.
